«Transparent Justice RSA (Russia-Singapore Arbitration)» is the first with a Personal Account system for participants of commercial arbitration hearings held in the Russia-Singapore Arbitration.
Personal Accounts are an enhanced analogy of the state Card Index of Arbitration Cases. In our Personal Accounts, after passing a simple login, users – parties in the arbitration proceedings (plaintiffs and defendants) - have a unique opportunity:
– To follow EVERY procedural action of the RSA court staff in the process of making the claim in proceedings that involve the user (from making a claim until a copy of ATCM’s decision is sent, including the process of notifying the parties, the process of reviewing the documents received from case participants), further during the preparation of ATCM court orders in state courts for the enforcement of the decision of the commercial arbitration court (including the process of filing in state court, petitions, the appeal process for unreasonable or illegal actions or judicial acts of state courts), and in the process to follow up ATCM court orders with bailiffs and banks of the debtor (including the process of submission and execution of enforcement documents by officials, processing of the debtor’s seized property or the debiting of current accounts, and the process of forwarding complaints about officials’ illegal actions),
