How to become an official representative of the Arbitration Court of Moscow in your city?
- Partnership is carried out under a contract of commercial representation with full methodological support and supervision of the court,
- The Chairman of the representatives on passing the exam, may be appointed an arbitrator by the Arbitration Court of Moscow,
- Representation fees are 50% of the amount collected by the arbitration, which includes – arbitration court fees and organisation of the judicial process.
Minimum requirements for organisations:

- no less than three permanent members of staff, having higher legal education (for claims proceedings and enforcement proceedings), clerk;
